Free admission
The following visitors do not pay the admission ticket, but still need the in-park shuttle:
- Children aged six or under, or 1.2 m tall or under;
- Active service personnel, disabled service personnel and firefighters (with valid documents);
- Visitors with disabilities (with a valid document).
Half-price admission
- Minors over six and up to eighteen;
- Students in full-time undergraduate study or below (with a student card);
- Visitors aged sixty to sixty-four (with valid ID).
The reduction normally applies to the admission ticket only; the shuttle is charged at full fare.
Document checks
Every discount and free-admission claim is checked against the original document at the gate; photocopies and photos are generally not accepted. Without the original you pay the difference up to full fare. Keep documents in your hand luggage, and bring a household register for children if you have one.
Tickets, shuttle and packages
The valleys are long and the boardwalks run for tens of kilometres, so almost every visit needs the shuttle — which is why the tickets sold here are admission plus shuttle packages. If you qualify for free admission and need the shuttle on its own, contact customer service and we will arrange it.
Fares and dates
Peak and off-season fares, the size of reductions and the dates they apply are set by the park's current notice. Prices shown on these pages are for reference.
