Jiuzhaigou lies in Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan — a deep valley in the Minshan Mountains named after the nine Tibetan villages of Shuzheng, Heye and Zechawa inside it. Inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992, it is known for emerald lakes, terraced waterfalls, autumn forest, snow peaks, blue ice and Tibetan culture. Its travertine lakes step down the valley, the water shifting through blue, green and teal with the deposits and aquatic plants — a place often called a fairy-tale world.

Are admission and the shuttle priced separately?
Yes. Admission and the in-park shuttle are priced separately at Jiuzhaigou. The valleys are long and the boardwalks run for tens of kilometres, so almost every visit needs the shuttle. All ticket products on this site are admission + shuttle packages.
How do I look up my order?
Click "Order Lookup" at the top and enter the phone number or email plus the ID details used for the booking to see the status and the verification code.
Can I get a refund?
Unused tickets can be refunded through "Order Lookup" and the amount is returned to the original payment method once approved. Used or expired tickets are non-refundable; the ticket notice sets out the full rules.
How do I get to Jiuzhaigou?
Fly to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport (about 88 km from the entrance) and continue by shuttle bus or private car; or take the Sichuan-Qinghai high-speed rail to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station and transfer. Direct coaches run from Chengdu, and the drive is about 400 km. See the transport guide under Travel Guides for details.
