What a ticket includes
Jiuzhaigou prices the admission ticket and the shuttle bus separately. The ticket gets you into the park; the shuttle is the transport inside it. The valleys are long and the boardwalks run for tens of kilometres, so in practice almost every visit needs the shuttle. Please select the shuttle when booking — without it you cannot ride between the valleys.
Peak and off season
- Peak season (roughly 1 April to 15 November): higher ticket and shuttle prices.
- Off season (roughly 16 November to 31 March): lower prices and fewer visitors.

Real-name booking and time slots
Booking is real-name: enter the ID details of the person who will visit, and present the original document at the gate. You also choose an entry time slot — please arrive at the entrance within that slot, as a missed slot may not be admitted.
Discounts and free admission
Students, minors and senior visitors qualify for reduced or free admission under park rules (the shuttle is usually still charged). Discount eligibility must be shown with the original document at the gate; otherwise the full fare applies.
